WHO WE ARE
Galveston County Apartment Association is a local trade association whose membership consists of apartment owners, rental housing management professionals, independent rental owners, and industry service providers. We provide members with legislative advocacy, education, and resources.
WHAT WE DO
Galveston County Apartment Association helps operators manage their businesses more efficiently and effectively, establish a unified network to serve members, create a viable industry marketplace, and raise influence with those who affect the rental housing industry.

OUR HISTORY
The Galveston County Apartment Association (GCAA) was established in 1971. GCAA is a local affiliate of the Texas and National Apartment Association.
